Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases made on rakus.audio. By completing a purchase you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
What you're buying
You receive a perpetual, personal, non-transferable license to use the plugin on up to the number of devices shown at the time of purchase (currently three). You may use it commercially — in your own productions, sessions, or work-for-hire.
What you're not buying
- The license is for personal use only — you may not resell, sublicense, or distribute it
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the plugin binaries
- The license is tied to your account and is not transferable to another person
Activation
You can activate the plugin on up to three devices simultaneously. You can deactivate a device at any time from your account page to free up a slot. If you need to exceed the limit in exceptional circumstances, contact us.
Updates
Your license covers all future updates to the version you purchased. If a product is ever discontinued we will give reasonable notice, and your license to the last available version remains valid.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. For digital products, this right is forfeited once you have downloaded or activated the plugin — by completing the checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
If you have not yet downloaded or activated the plugin, you may request a refund within 14 days by emailing hello@rakus.audio.
Refunds outside the withdrawal window
We consider refund requests outside the statutory window on a case-by-case basis. We don't offer refunds for change of mind after activation, but we will always try to find a fair resolution.
Warranty and liability
The plugin is provided in good faith and is reasonably fit for its described purpose. We make no warranties beyond what is required by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU consumer law applies where mandatory under your local jurisdiction.
